Rosella Zehnder Features Marmorino Venetian Painting
|
Almost 10 years ago, while taking a break from her corporate job to be a stay at home mom,
Rosella started playing around with decorative finishes in her own home.
After having her second child she went back to the corporate world. People from work would visit her
home and ask to hire her to do finishes for them. Rosella hated sitting behind a desk so she decided
she would paint her way through Interior Design School. She wanted her finishes to look more
professional and found Aaron's school where she took her first class in 1997. She loved it so
much she never did finish Design School, and she has never looked back.

Rosella is highly skilled in all aspects of decorative finishing, but her favorite material right
now is definitely Marmorino.
She's at the studio every week picking up more Marmorino material.
Rosella tells us she tries to take a week worth of training each year to keep things fresh, get
new ideas, and try new products. She is one of only six Divine Paint Company's certified color
consultants in the state. As well, Rosella is now Seattle Architectural Finishing Studios' fine
furniture class instructor.

Rosella now lives on a vegetable farm in the beautiful Green Valley area of Washington State
with her two children and new husband, and her business is going stronger than ever.
