Students will be taught to use high tech polymers, specialized acid stains, and penetrating
sealer colorants modify cement and concrete products. This workshop will guide you through a
number of finishing
techniques for creating amazing, durable floor finishes. Acid staining will be covered.
Limestone, Travertine, and quarried stone finishes will be created, as well as decorative
scribing, borders, and stenciling. Diamond polishing as well as multiple approaches to
finishing, including waxing, penetrating sealers, and clear coating will be covered.
