Maybe you have the skills, but need some help promoting your business. Maybe you’re just a little bored and need a some inspiration.
Why not spend some time with some other working decorative artisans? Stucco Italiano Open Studio will be an ongoing networking event for our alumni students who want to exchange ideas and build their portfolios.
During the Open Studio, working applicators can gather to share tips, tricks, and “war” stories with while working on sample boards and real walls in the studio. Take part in the Venetian plaster community and take advantage of the knowledge of your fellow artisans. In this self-directed Open Studio, Aaron will be available for questions while providing the space for you to build your portfolio.
We provide:
- Our large studio space,
- A network of experienced installers,
- Aaron’s technical and business advice as needed,
- Untinted Stucco Italiano Venetian plasters, and colorants for tinting,
- Tools to use during the Open Studio,
- Sample boards available for $5 each or bring your own,
- Actual walls or large surfaces for practice,
- A continental breakfast and gourmet lunch,
- A bottle of wine or two might make an appearance in the afternoon…
You provide:
- A willingness to share ideas,
- Your portfolio and/or other photos,
- Questions for Aaron and the group,
- Self-direction and specific goals.
